The Social module helps you plan, organize, and collaborate on your social media content. Here's what you can do:

View & Manage Posts

  • List View - See all posts in a table with filters for status, platform, novel, pillar, and campaign
  • Calendar View - Visual monthly calendar with color-coded posts by status
  • Feed Preview - Instagram-style grid to see how your posts will look together
  • Approval Queue - Review and approve posts from team members

Post Status Reference

Posts move through these statuses as they're created, reviewed, and published:

Draft Work in progress Edit and submit for approval, or save as scheduled
Pending Approval Submitted, awaiting review Owner/Collaborator approves or requests changes
Approved Ready to schedule Set a scheduled date/time
Scheduled Ready to post Copy content and post, then mark as Posted
Posted Published Track performance, consider for evergreen
Rejected Changes requested Returns to creator as Draft for revision

Platform Character Limits

Keep these limits in mind when writing captions:

Evergreen Content
Posts that remain relevant over time and can be reshared periodically.
