List View

The List view shows all your posts in a table format with powerful filtering capabilities.

What You'll See

  • Stats cards at the top showing total posts, scheduled, pending approval, and posted counts
  • Post table with thumbnail, title, status, platforms, and scheduled date
  • Quick actions on each row to view, edit, duplicate, or delete posts

Using Filters

Narrow down your posts using the filter dropdowns:

  • Status - Draft, Pending Approval, Scheduled, Posted, etc.
  • Platform - Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
  • Novel - Filter by linked book
  • Pillar - Filter by content pillar
  • Campaign - Filter by campaign
Tip

Bookmark filtered URLs (like ?status=pending_approval) to quickly access specific post lists.

Calendar View

The Calendar view displays your scheduled posts on a monthly calendar with color-coded status indicators.

What It Shows

Best Practices for Grid Aesthetics

  • Alternate between different content types (covers, quotes, behind-the-scenes)
  • Consider color palette consistency across adjacent posts
  • Plan rows of 3 posts that work together visually
  • Mix text-based and image-based posts for variety

Review your feed preview before finalizing your schedule to ensure your grid tells a cohesive visual story.

Approval Queue

The Approval Queue shows posts submitted by team members that need review before scheduling.

Review Actions

  • Approve - Move the post to Scheduled status
  • Request Changes - Return to creator as Draft with feedback
  • View Details - See full post content before deciding

Review Checklist

  1. Check caption for typos and brand voice
  2. Verify hashtags are appropriate
  3. Review media for quality and sizing
  4. Confirm scheduled date/time is correct
  5. Ensure correct platforms are selected

Note: Only Owners and Collaborators can approve posts. Viewers can see the queue but cannot take action.
